I bring consumer-grade craft to enterprise-scale problems. For 15+ years, I've shipped 0-to-1 launches on iOS and Android, led design and research for enterprise SaaS platforms used by hundreds of thousands, and built research practices from scratch. Most recently, as a Senior Product Designer at Starbucks, I designed and shipped technical support apps using an AI-native design workflow, directing Claude Code and Paper to build production-ready interfaces grounded in established design principles. I’ve led UX teams through product development at startups, agencies and Fortune 500 companies, turning rigid, inflexible products into scalable, usable platforms while bringing structure to nonlinear processes.
